Nnabafumbo and Parents' Representatives /Ow’Abazadde

  1. They should respectively endeavour to make their marriages living examples and models for other marriages. 
  2. They shall endeavour to mediate between estranged couples through visiting their homes to acquaint themselves with the situation in the families so as to find solutions to the problems. 
  3. They are responsible for helping embattled marriages to come to terms with the situation, and for assisting couples living in illegal unions to rectify their situation. 
  4. They are responsible for encouraging married couples to strengthen and deepen their faith by praying together and receiving sacraments. 
  5. They shall exhort married couples to be honest and trustful to each other and to avoid anything that would ruin their marriage life, such as heavy drinking etc. 
  6. In collaboration with the In-charge of Caritas Kampala, they shall endeavour to help and assist married couples to engage themselves in development projects for self-sustainability. 
  7. They shall endeavour to motivate and instil into the youth the desire and love for marriage life and to warn the parents against discouraging their children from taking on the sacrament of matrimony. 
  8. They shall whole-heartedly participate in the preparation of those intending to get married and, where possible, endeavour to follow-up the newly wedded couples for on-going consultations and guidance in collaboration with the Abaseesa (Marriage Counselors). 
  9. They shall endeavour to institute a portfolio, at all levels, of Abaseesa to strengthen "Family Movements" where they are established for the purpose or stabilizing married life. 
  10. They shall work in collaboration with the Abaseesa to support married life.
  11. They shall continuously remind the parents of their responsibility be one, support be concerned and take care of their Catholic Schools. 
  12. They shall exhort the parents to educate their children and to teach them Christian principles and values by sending them to Catholic schools. 
  13. They shall help and assist parents to guide their children through vocational careers and status of life.
