In-charge of Music/Ow’Ebyennyimba

i. He/she shall exhort himself/herself and at the same time encouraging fellow Choir members to behave exemplarily, adhering to Christian principles and values with a view of longing and receiving the sacraments such as Holy Matrimony etc. 

ii. He/she is responsible for promoting and maintaining the standard of singing in Church Services by: 

iii. Exhorting the Catholics to support their Choirs. 

iv. Encouraging Church Choirs particularly those in the same area to maintain a cordial cooperation. 

v. Endeavouring to teach the congregation the songs led by the Choirs so that it choruses and joins enthusiastically in the singing during service in Church. 

vi. He/she is obliged to see to it that Church Choirs at every level participate in Music Festivals organized by the Department. 

vii. He/she is responsible for organizing courses pertaining to the training or Choirs and to the study of music. 

viii. He/she shall be closely collaborating with the one In-charge of Liturgy. 

ix. He/she is responsible for making an annual budget for his/her department and presenting it to the relevant Pastoral Council for approval.
